Terms of Service

These terms govern access to AttorneyCore, including account use, remote licensing, acceptable use, AI features, and service restrictions.

AttorneyCoreEffective April 3, 2026support@attorneycore.io

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, accessing the application, or using any related portal, API, or hosted service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the law firm or organization you represent.

Who may use the service

The service is intended for legal professionals, law firms, and authorized staff operating in the United States. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials, devices, and access approvals secure.

Professional responsibility

The software supports legal operations but does not provide legal advice, legal representation, regulatory clearance, or professional judgment. You remain responsible for privilege, confidentiality, conflict checks, supervision, filing accuracy, deadline management, and client communications.

Remote licensing

Access to core product functions may depend on a valid remote license status, device verification, and continued compliance with the applicable subscription or commercial terms. We may block, suspend, or limit access if a license is missing, expired, revoked, unpaid, transferred without authorization, or used in a way that exceeds the granted scope.

7-day subscription money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact support@attorneycore.io within 7 days of your first AttorneyCore subscription payment to request a refund. Include your account email and payment reference. We will refund 100% of that first AttorneyCore subscription payment.

This guarantee excludes third-party subscriptions, integration provider charges, and third-party usage fees. Those charges remain your responsibility and are governed by the provider's own terms. The guarantee applies to the first subscription payment, not subsequent renewals, and does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Trial and integration setup

The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. The trial does not automatically start a paid subscription; choose a paid plan if you want to continue after the trial. AI access and usage limits must be confirmed separately. Setup assistance for supported integrations is free; custom development, unsupported integrations, and third-party subscriptions or usage charges are not included.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, access controls, logging, or rate controls.
  • Do not use the software to store unlawful material, violate court orders, or abuse client or employee data.
  • Do not interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except where non-waivable law permits, or use it to launch attacks on networks, users, or third parties.

AI and automation outputs

AI-generated results, templates, summaries, and recommendations are assistive outputs only. They can be incomplete or wrong. You must review, validate, and approve outputs before using them in legal work, client advice, negotiations, or court submissions.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and authority to process the data you upload. You grant us and our infrastructure providers the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, secure, and transmit that data in order to operate the service.

Security and incident response

We may monitor accounts, devices, and logs to protect the service and investigate suspicious activity. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access, lost device, credential compromise, or suspected incident involving the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, legal risk, license violations, non-payment, misuse, or behavior that threatens the service or other users. We may also preserve data or logs where needed for legal, contractual, or security reasons.

Warranty disclaimer

Except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, the service is provided on an as available and as is basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every legal workflow or jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttorneyCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.

Updates

We may update the product and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a material update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms unless a separate contract says otherwise.
